| As a follow up to our industry kickoff meeting, ACER held an Industry Workshop on Task Development, on December 6, 2004. |

This workshop was conducted to assist ACER in proposing tasks to the FAA that are relevant to (and endorsed by) our key industrial constituencies and hence likely to receive industry cash and/or in-kind support.
Honeywell kindly hosted the meeting in Minneapolis at Honeywell House, adjacent to their Camden Laboratories site.
